The Cult of Oügley Frækh is a household and religious cult within the East Kingdom of the Society for Creative Anachronism. Ours is a unique cult, the only known human embodiment that follows the teachings and guidance of Saint Oügley, the patron saint of weirdoes.

----------NEWS FLASH!----------

(1/24/05) Hey Frækhs!: Dig the new website style! It seemed like it was time for a change, and since I had to move the site to a new server it seemed like the perfect oportunity for a facelift. You may notice a few changes here and there, some new content, some condensed content, all kinds of good Oügley stuff. Let me know what you think!

----------NEWS FLASH!----------

Founded in 1999 c.e., The Cult of Oügley Frækh provides a safe haven for the misfits of the known world, spiritual guidance for the morally bankrupt, and a period alternative to Medieval re-enactment, more fitting to those of us who do not neccessarily see ourselves as the typical "lords and ladies" of the age, but rather something altogether different.

The term "household" is not truly how we'd describe ourselves, as the term carries certain pre-determined definitions and responsibilities that simply do not apply to us. Why a "cult"? Why the Hell not? Don't know anyone else who plays that angle of Medieval life, and besides - it's more fun. We get bored with the ordinary, and like to try something different and innovative whenever possible... especially where there's a possibility for scandal. Some may enjoy their chivalry, we prefer our treachery.
